BUCKLER GARDENS
This application seeks permission to demolish the existing property which is in very poor structural condition caused by subsidence and is unsafe to occupy. Therefore the client is seeking  permission to demolish existing end of terrace house and erect 2 x 3-bedroom houses.Â
New houses are well balanced and in keeping with the street and will be great addition to the housing stock in the area.
BLACKDOWN ROAD
Planning approval was granted for Blackdown Road in Deepcut for partial demolition of the existing porch and front and rear extension to the ground floor and erection of a front two storey extension and ground floor infill extension between the rear façade and existing extension, as well as demolition of the existing workshop and rear garden storages and erection of a single storey outbuilding, at the far end of the garden
GARETH GROVE
Rear ground floor extension and side porch were proposed to this 2 bedroom house. BA were involved through all RIBA work stages, from concept design right to completion, acting as lead consultant liaising the work of the consultant team and being the main point of contact for communication between the client and the consultant team. We also submitted Thames Water application to built over the public sewer.
