We structure our design process in accordance with the stages recommended by the RIBA Plan of Work. Our services are tailored to suit your individual needs; as a result we are able to offer you few distinct levels of service:

INDIVIDUAL RIBA STAGES
We offer support throughout all the RIBA work stages, most common being:

RIBA Stages 0 - 3
From initial consultation to developed design (predominantly used for submission of planning application):
Site visit, existing building survey and drawings
Concept and developed design
Design statement and planning documents, including planning drawings
Planning application submission and liaison with planning officers over the period of 12 weeks

Technical design (submission of Building Regulations):

FULL DESIGN SERVICE
A fully comprehensive architectural and/or interior design service where we are involved in every stage of the design process, from the initial concept to completion; this service is aimed at architectural projects, interior design projects with a construction component, bespoke projects or projects where the input of a professional gives you better peace of mind:

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANCY SERVICE
A design and consultancy service whereby we refine the interior design of a room via a series of moodboards at different pricepoints. We provide layout plans, visuals, curated product suggestions (furniture, furnishings, finishes, fittings, lighting and colour scheme), a shopping list and budget breakdown.

FEES
Fees for our Architecture Design services are charged as a lump sum based on the expected number of hours necessary for the completion of each stage.
